SUGGESTED USE
Start to drink before physical activity. During 30 minutes before the activity drink about 200-300 ml. During performance drink regularly about every 10-15 minutes in small portions (100-200 ml). Once opened, store at the temperature not exceeding 25°C and use within 24 hours.
